Pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"), RES INTERNATIONAL SRL provides the following information regarding the processing of personal data of users who browse the website www.resbs.com and use the contact form available on it.

2. Types of data collected

Through browsing the site and filling out the "Get in touch" form, the following personal data provided voluntarily by the user may be collected:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Content of the message/request

Navigation data (log data, IP address, browser type, operating system) that computer systems automatically acquire during the normal operation of web services may also be collected.

3. Purposes and legal basis of the processing

Data collected through the contact form is processed for the following purposes:

• To respond to information and/or quote requests sent by the user;
• To manage pre-contractual relations and, where a contract is entered into, the contractual relationship with the customer;
• To comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations.

The legal basis for the processing is, depending on the case, the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

Navigation data is processed on the basis of the Controller's legitimate interest in ensuring the security and proper functioning of the site (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

4. Processing methods

Processing is carried out using IT and/or telematic tools, with organizational and logical methods strictly related to the stated purposes, and in any case in a manner that ensures the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data, in compliance with the organizational, physical and logical measures required by applicable law.

5. Nature of data provision

Providing data for the purposes set out in point 3 is optional; however, failure to provide such data will make it impossible for the Controller to respond to the user's contact/quote request.

6. Data retention period

Data collected through the contact form will be retained for the time necessary to handle the request and, if a business relationship is established, for the duration of the relationship and, subsequently, for the period required by applicable civil and tax law.

7. Data communication and disclosure

Personal data will not be disclosed to the public. It may be communicated to third parties who carry out outsourced activities on behalf of the Controller (e.g. IT service providers, hosting providers, website technical support), appointed, where necessary, as Data Processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR, as well as to consultants and professionals, including in associated form, for the fulfillment of legal and accounting obligations.

8. Transfer of data to third countries

Given the international nature of the company's business, data may be shared with partners and agents operating outside the European Economic Area, but only to the extent necessary to fulfill specific requests made by the data subject relating to international shipments, and in any case in compliance with the safeguards set out in Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission).

9. Data subject rights

As a data subject, the user has the right to request from the Controller, where applicable, access to personal data (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and to object to processing (Art. 21), as well as to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali – www.garanteprivacy.it).
